2007 Yukon SLT 5.3 to 6.2 swap, VVT cam replace options, and long tube headers
Hi, I have a 2007 Yukon XL 1500 4x4 with 5.3L 4L60 with 240k miles that is recently burning a LOT more oil and losing coolant (slowly). I suspect head gasket failure. Amazingly no issues from DoD so far. Rather than go through rebuild and DoD delete on the 5.3, I got a deal on a salvage 2007...- k99ja04

2013 AFM Failure -> Delete Kit advice
My 2013 Tahoe, 5.3L, has the AFM Lifter failure (Cylinder #3, P300 and intermittent P303 errors from the OBDII). On top of the noise, the transmission is shifting hard now. DOD FAILED. CAM THOUGHTS
2010 GMC Yukon Denali 6.2 all stock So like the title says the DOD failed. It lasted 165k so I say I got good mileage out of it. I'm looking to keep the VVT delete the DOD keep low and torque (towing and heavy pig) and preferably gain HP up high. Everything is STOCK I will purchase HP tuners...- decembersend

6.2 L9H cam in 5.3 LMG require a cam phaser limiter?
As the title suggests, I'm swapping the stock cam out of my 5.3 LMG, while doing a full DOD delete, and replacing it with a cam from a 6.2 L9H. I already have all the parts and I'm planning on starting the swap friday. I'm wondering though if I'll need a cam phaser limiter since I'll be swapping...- Darren2014
