    2nd row captain chair not folding electronically

    Hi One of my 2 captains chairs will not fold electronically from the switch in the rear or in the o/head console. The motor whirrs, but theres no movement. It will fold up and away with the manual lever on the side. Any ideas as to what the foul up might be? Thanks
