Seat Foam Doesn't Fit 2011 Tahoe

Replaced my seat cushion today on my 2011 Tahoe PPV. The new cushion is certainly more firm, but for the life of me I can't figure out why there is this massive gap. Did I get the wrong foam?

Got a sunglasses tray to upgrade my interior, why not?

Saw it on Amazon Prime Day and bought one for my 22 Tahoe RST. At first, I wondered if it fits well or not, but why not try? When delivered I'd like to say it's awesome to match my black inside lol

I recently changed the dash out in my 1999 2 Door Tahoe. I went to the junkyard and removed a dash from a 1997 Chevy Silverado 2WD.
