Can I put an axle with opt jl4 on my Tahoe the doesn’t have opt jl4
So my rear differential snapped on my 04 Tahoe z71 and I’m going to replace the whole rear axle assembly with a used rear axle assembly I’m wondering will a axle that has option jl4 fit on my Tahoe that does not have option jl4 to order one without it is 3x more expensive any insight is much...- Tahoeyahoe

Rear end issue /after axle shaft replacement.
Seeing if I can get some help here. 2007 Chevy Tahoe 5.3LS Rwd Issue: Rear end/ Differential Have a clunking noise when moving through uneven land. Or sometime turning slow. 2009 Tahoe with 8.6" / 3.42 10 bolt rear differential. 199K miles 4x4
I am needing to replace all of the internals in the rear differential. I am looking at the Yukon Gear YDGGM 8.5-3-30-3 GM 8.5/8.6 and the Eaton Detroit TrueTrac 913A481 for the carrier.
