275/65/20 winter tires on 2023 Tahoe high country
Wondering if I can install 275/65/20 instead of 275/60/20 without lift or any modification for winter tires -

Have a weird noise when I'm driving, wondered if y'all might be able to help me diagnose it
2010 GMC Yukon XL. I'm getting what almost sounds like a rubbing noise when I go straight or to the left. When I go right at all, it stops.
