Replaced belt tensioner on 2002 5.3, squeal got worse SOLVED

How do you replace the idler pulley?
I'm going to get a Gates belt kit and it includes an idler pulley. The existing pulley has his weird push nut on it that holds the pulley and bolt together. I can figure out how to get the nut off, but I need to know if I have to find a replacement for the push nut when I go to install the new...- JamesLond
