Tire and Wheel Size for a 1999 Yukon

Appreciate any advice with this... currently running stock 1999 Yukon rims and 245 75 r16 tires. Would like to replace the rims and tires. There seems to be more choice in the used market for 17" GMC wheels. So could I move up to say a set of 265 70 17" or would there be rubbing type issues?
