01 tahoe led turn signal problems

Need some help, so I installed some leds in the drl work fine, installed on the parking lights work fine, but when I put led on the turn sig. they do not turn on and the lights start to hyper flash when activated. Now I even installed the ep29 novita flasher and still hyper flashes, but when it hyper flashes the turn signal bulbs don't even turn on. What do you think it could be.

Do you have them installed the right way? From my understanding if the do not light up , pull them and turn them 180. Something to do with ground and power.
