I have a 2001 Tahoe 4x4 we have owned since new been thru wife and 2 childrens daily driver. It has aprox 190,000 miles and the steering and front suspension is not as tight as it was. I would like to bring the front steering & suspension back to a more comfortable and tight feeling ride. What is a good place to start in replacing parts in the frtont end and suspension to help the ride? I will have to do this in steps due to $ not wealthy and $ is tight but truck runs great and want to keep it for as long as possible I love this truck! Thank you

Tie rods, pitman arm, idler arm would be good to start with. Then you could move on to checking sway bar bushings, and upper and lower ball joints to see what kind of shape they are in.
