My wife called me and said the transmission was going in and out of gear and the temp was starting to peg out.
She pulled over and saw the level was low and refilled. She limped the car home .
Took a look under the car and all the tranmssion pan bolts were finger tight and fluid is getting past (source of leak.)
Bolted back with blue thread locker and filled to line but now the transmission is making sounds.
When the suv is stationary but shifting into drive or reverse i can hear a whine and howl; In park it is fine and doesnt make a sound. Im too afraid to drive it out of the drive way.

I am guessing i need a rebuild.
Any idea of what could be broken?
What upgrades should i do while it is already torn apart?
(It already has shift kit 1, metal accumulators, corvette servo, 4th accumulator billet piston)
Torque converter recommendations?
Pump upgrades?
