03 Denali seat question

I am replacing the carpet in a 03 denali. The front seats have airbags in them. Can i disconnect these seats without an airbag light popping on after i reinstall them? The old carpet has some bad burn places in it.

Not sure on the answer but whenever messing with air bags ALWAYS unplug your battery in your truck!

I took mine out to clean the carpet and I had no problems. Where did you order your replacement carpet?
