03 Rear Climate Control

Hey, I'm new on here and I know this sounds like a common question, but I have a different version. It started out as no rear heat, so I bought a new controller off amazon as I read that was usually the cause for the no heat. That didn't fix it, after calibrating I could now hear the temp actuator clicking as it tried to over travel. Swapped the temp and mode, and the now mode one (which was the old temp) kept trying to over travel even after calibration. Fine, order a new actuator from dealer. Put that one in and it's completely dead, will not move at all in either actuator place. Take that back, got a different one. Now neither actuators will move at all during the relearn. I am at a loss and this is giving me a migraine. Someone please help. Are there different part numbers, could that be why? That's why I went to the dealer, so I didn't have to worry about any ambiguity.
