03 tahoe 2wd upper control arm noise

i have this creeking noise coming from my uper control arm where it mounts to the frame and i was wondering if there is a changeable bushing in there or should i just take apart and grease and is the any tension on that ? thanks

Just use some penetrating spray grease on them, Liquid Wrench makes some (At WalMart or AutoZone).
