I noticed the other day in reflections of cars in front of me that one of my fog lights were out. I checked and saw that one of the plastic covers on my passenger side popped off and probably caused dirt/derbies to screw up the bulb.

The mirror like coating is also a little chipped in some spots...

Is there a cheap way to replace both fog lights with aftermarkets or does anyone have any experience with this? I'm not about to spend 130$ at the stealership for 1 foglight, then have them be different brightness because the old one has some ware on the plastic.

EDIT:I'm an idiot.. First post ever in the wrong forum... meant to put this in the 00-06.. LOL whoops

junk yard or try the wanted section?

Also can a mod move this into the 200+ plus section? It might get more responses from guys who may have the parts he needs.

Go on eBay and search for your year and model fog light.

I just recently purchased a brand new fog light for the drivers side of my '06 Yukon on eBay and I paid $37.80 with FREE shipping.

Will, those fogs are cheap if you go aftermarket. Rockauto has them for $20-30 for each housing.

alex, introducing me to rockauto just made my day.. they have fog lights for 14.93 each.. I'm going to look at some possible alternative setups for fog lights and if I can't find anything I want to spend the cash on, i'm definitely going to order from here. Thank you, seriously.

Glad I was able to help buzz. Rockauto has really helped me out too.

Do yourself a favor and whatever fogs you do buy...before you installe them run a bead of a good silicopne sealer around the edge of the lamp where the lense is attached. You will be surprised at the gaps you fill with the silicone.
