So I just purchased an 03 Yukon and on the passenger side there is a black wire running from what would appear to be the A pillar to the kick panel. The truck is all stock and was wondering if anyone had an idea on what it could be running from/to.View media item 26172View media item 26171

Can't see the pics. Why do you need to know what this one wire is for ?

That's horrible and if it's hooked up, could cause a fire. You need to figure out where it's going to/from. We won't be able to tell you just from those pics. You need to pop open that panel and look under the hood. It's 100% NOT stock

I'd agree definitely not stock. But It runs from the a pillar down the kick panel then under the passenger seat to the center console. Gets lost under the amp beneath the cup holders

I didn't even think about that could be. But there are no signs of one ever being on the roof.
