03 yukon XL driver door wont lock remotely

Just today my driver door will not lock by the remote. All other doors lock and i can hear it trying to lock and even see the lock move slightly but it doesnt latch and the horn no longer blows when i hit the lock button. any ideas?

pull door panel, make sure everything is in working condition.
