04 2nd row seat fit a 01

This has probably been asked before but here it goes.
Will a 2004 Yukon XL 2nd row bench seat fit in a 2001 Yukon Denali XL with captain chairs? If so is it a unbolt and bolt in the replacement without a hitch?

Not sure if this answers your question, but i just recently removed my 2nd row bench from my 05 yukon xl, and replaced it with 2 captain chairs out of 2000 suburban. 8 bolts total- 30 minutes and 2 beers.(well maybe 3) My point is i think 2000-2006 are all interchangeable as long as they are all the same body style.
suburban=yukon xl=escalade esv.

and tahoe=yukon=escalade.

does that make sense?

actually now that i think about it the only hitch was i had to use a dremmel tool to cut off 1 little stud on the floor of mine, i think it was the passenger side if i remember correctly, on the bench there was a hole for the stud to stick up through, but on the bucket, there was not, so it was either get rid of the stud, or drill a hole in the frame of the bucket, i took the path of least resistance.
