The rear hatch window on my Tahoe will not open when pressing the outside release button. The door and window lock works fine. At one time I found a video on how to remove all the panels, etc. to check the locking mechanism. I was able to do it one time and got it to work, but shortly thereafter it broke again. What I am looking for is a video or instructions on replacing the broken part. Also, does anyone know what the part is actually called?
