Hey so i am finally looking to fix this ******** thing ive dealt for months with now.
My 04 Yukon SLT with the bose package looks like it has a false ground of something in the Driver side passenger door, i took the door apart and nothing seems out of the ordinary, cleaned the connections on the speaker and reconnected it moving everything around seeing if i could found the false connection.
if i play with my head unit and put it so that sound only plays out of the left rear side and really blast the sound i can hear the speaker but its at max volume so obviously something is wrong, also when im driving and it randomly kicks on it seems to me like every speaker sounds louder? is can this speaker have something to do with the bose amp? does anyone know where this amp is located or where the ground for this speaker can be so that i can clean it?

i have an amp separate amp and head unit but this problem was there before i put those on so im sure that's not the issue plus every couple of days ill hit a bump and the speaker will start working normally for a little bit and then it'll turn off again.

Speakers don't have grounds; they have a + and a - but that's only for phase reference so that the cones are moving in and out at the same time. Sounds like that speaker is blown. You can check it by disconnecting it and checking it's impedance ( in ohms) with a multimeter. Compare it to another one. Bose speakers are normally 2 ohms.

i i wasn't aware that blown speakers could come on and off i thought they completely dies when blown so i suppose ill change the left to right and see if the problem changes sides and if so ill try and pick up one somewhere (hopefully i can find another bose for it around) maybe a junk yard.

They can have a loose connection on the voice coil that does exactly what you're describing. When you pull it out push the cone in and out carefully and see if it feels rough. If it does, there's your problem. A junkyard is where I found a replacement for one of mine. Good luck.
