'04 Yukon driver power seat won't go down!

I have an 04 YukonAnd the driver power seat in the rear is stuck all the way up, about 3 inches too high. The front raises and lowers and it goes front and back. But when I try to Lower it, it clicks but does nothing. I think it the motor or the wires. I don't want to spend much to fix it so I would like to just lower it manually, If the motor is frozen is there any way to remove it and set the seat in the right position. If not how much am I looking at if I wanted to get a new motor/actuator installed?
