Got the EBCM off with a combination of sawzall, cutoff wheel and a dremel tool. Things totally mangled lol. No damage whatsoever to the pump at all.
Studs still need taken off but dont think that'll be too much of a pain.
The part number on it is totally faded, but it's an 11-2-2 model, so its readily available everywhere on ebay. Nervous to get a used one because it might have problems too.
I dont think I'll need to pair it with my VIN? Should be plug and play.
This was a total PIA to get off but I'm glad its finally off even though its mangled so bad.View attachment 393804View attachment 393805View attachment 393806View attachment 393807

Heres the part I ordered! They seem to look just about the same except for the top sticker which I noticed afterwards, hopefully internally they're identical.

here they are side by side

Used EBCM has been installed, one nightmare of a code remains. C0268 - Pump motor short circuited.

I'm guessing at this point the pump is also bad.

I have a friend that possibly has an obd2 reader that can run the pump, so then I can test it

Do you have the ability to clear the DTC's? If so, id assume you did that and its returning? The test procedure for that DTC according to my alldatadiy is kinda complicated or I'd post screenshots of it. I'm not sure what the going rate for a subscription is but I wouldn't be without it if I'm working on my truck. Otherwise you're just guessing. It could be a few things including corrosion in a connector etc.

Very well could be corrosion etc. I did clear the DTCs, comes right back as soon as I hit 4-5mph. I think testing the motor with an advanced obd2 reader would tell me if it's running or not? I had an obd2 reader but accidently junked it with my old project s10 lol. So now I have to go to o'Reilly's at the moment to check and clear them.

I'll also do some electrical tests for resistance from the positive battery cable to the positive connector for the abs pump/ebcm

I did screenshots of the complete test sequence for D0268, 4 in all. It wasn’t as much as I thought. It might help you.

Abs pump has been tested it indeed does not come on. I'm going to try electrical diagnosis but I feel like the pump itself is shot.

Not looking forward to having to bleed the brakes with a new pump, going to need to buy an obd2 reader that runs the pump too.
