I have a 2005 GMC Yukon Denali having sunroof issues! The sunroof opens perfectly fine but when I attempt to close it it, it stops in the "vent position" not closing all the way! I noticed that the tracks are a little broken because I pulled out a little plastic piece plus a metal bowed piece (which I think is a part of the closure) is sticking out on both sides and the connecting piece are broken, but does not seem to affect the closure doors functions at all. But the absolute worst happened! It rained overnight and when i woke up this morning to further investigate my issue, my interior was infested with mold and carpet is soaked PLEASE HELP!
Will take any advice on the closing my sunroof even if that means I can't use it again. I don't care about that. Plus any advice to get to the mold completely out of my interior as it will cause extreme health issues because i have reactive airway lung disease. Thanks in advance

Also I tried to turn over my engine and now my Denali will not start at all! I check the voltage of my battery and it reads a solid 14.1 so it's not my battery issue my key fob won't even unlock my doors unless I have a jump pack connection to the battery but it just bogs and wants to turn over but doesn't...is this an issue with the water or mold growing? Absolute mess!

When I looked under the hood my cold air intake filter was soaking wet, could that be an issue?

I don't know about the sunroof issue, other than if you can't close it you may want to temporarily tape some heavy plastic over it.

How is water getting into the engine air filter, isn't that a sealed unit?

Also, can you describe your "no start" symptoms differently? Does the engine crank (turn over) but not start? Or does it try to turn over but doesn't even do that?
