05 Z71 Tahoe 4L60 to 4L80 info

Hey guys,
I have an 05 Tahoe Z71 that's got the stock 4L60 in it and guess what... It died yesterday. What I'm wondering is there a COMPLETE parts list out there for an 05 4x4 swap?? I have found 2wd parts lists and avalanche parts lists but I must not be looking in the right places for an Z71 Tahoe. I understand that there are cross member issues, wiring, drive shaft, and cooler line issues, but I need a list of what to buy to make this work. I will be using a used 4L80E so my question is can I use a wiring harness (engine & trans) to make it work with a 5.3 without having to buy an adapter? Can I use a 6.0 computer or some tuner on the OE ecu to make it work like it should? I guess I'm just full of questions and would LOVE to be able to talk to someone who has completed a swap on a 4x4. I'm sorry for all the questions! I am a master technician and Run a local Auto Repair shop so time, equipment, and ability are no problem at all!

Ben, check out pt.net. they do a lot of 60-80 swaps over there.

so will the front drive shaft from an 2500HD bolt right up and be the correct length? Also does anyone know if there is a rear shaft that is already the correct length or will I just have to have mine cut down? I have a shop local that specializes in driveshafts so I hope that wouldnt be to pricey to do.

So, I made a visit to performancetrucks.net to check out the 4l60e to 80e conversion on a 4wd and decided that is the route for me. I have almost got it completed now, all I am missing is wiring the speed sensor up, having my DS shortened about 2", and a couple minor other things. I have to flash the pcm and I am thinking I am going to bye HPTUNERS. Whats everyones thoughts on HPTUNERS around here?
