06 tahoe loud groaning sound around 2k rpm

My 06 tahoe has a loud moan/groan noise heard when accelerating there are times when you hear it at idle can attach video

X2 on video and where is it coming from? Could be lots of things

I replaced tensioner pulley. Noise sounds like its coming from alernator/power steering pump pulley area. Didnt know if id get a response so i held off on video. Ill post it on my break

Had a mechanic just listen to the noise. He says he thinks its tcase. But the noise is heard in park. And nothing should be moving/making noise in tcase when sitting still correct?

At risk of asking the obvious: are you doing thr work or are you taking it to a mechanic?

The ps and alternator pulleys would be a higher pitched squealing noise. Does it make this noise in 2wd or 4 or both? That’ll help decide if it’s t case.
