06 Yukon Denali XL grinding noise

When I am turning right slowly there is a grinding noise coming from RH front area, turning left is fine and when moving above 10mph or so I don't hear it at all. Any ideas???????

Do you have larger wheels/tires?

I have the stock 20" wheels and tires
