Had this vehicle about a month. I would rather just delete the air ride all together and put in some bilsteins, coils, and level it. What are my options. I do tow so but it's less than 6,000 pounds..

I did search but on my phone it's not popping up anything for the nnbs.

If your compressor is running constantly is more than likely due to a leak in either air line or the air shocks. I just replaced my compressor and shocks. Got them cheap online. And my mechanic friend had them done in less than two hours. Next step is air lines. Those are on the way and from what I've read I can do it myself. I would replace your air system.

On my 2003 truck, I replaced the compressor 2 or 3 times over the years. That usually resolves all issues. I only used GM compressors, but I heard aftermarket ones work just as well.

I had the same issue with my 2008 LTZ. Compressor would kick on and run for a LONG time before timing out. I did one time bring it to a Chevy dealership, and asked about the issue. They looked at me like I was crazy!.. SO, I'm glad to read here that I'm not crazy, and others have experienced this too.

I traded it in for a 2015 XL.. To many kids!!!

Where did you get your air lines? Do you have part numbers?

@02Lightning , ordered everything on eBay. The part # for the air lines is #949-006. Its A dorman kit. It was $32. If you order on ebay, don't order from the seller 123autoparts-1. Shipping is a major pain in the ass from them. My first order for air lines got sent back because they shipped through the wrong carrier and they wouldnt work with me to get it shipped correctly. They just canceled the order and gave me a refund. Which is why I didn't have my air lines done two weeks ago. So I bought from a different seller this week. I also ordered my air shocks on eBay through touring tech. I don't have the part numbers off hand but I can get it from my invoice. The pair of shocks ran $380 I believe. Also ordered the compressor on eBay. It was $215.
