07 tahoe steering rack

My 07 tahoe steering rack is seeping fluid from it looks like around the hoses to the end cap. Anyone else seem to have or had this issue?

There are seals inside of the boot that go bad. Poke a small hole in the boot if it leaks the seal is bad. A new rack is about 250 but they have rebuild kits I believe on rock auto.
