I own a 2007 Tahoe 4 WD 5.3 L
When coming to a stop , from 25mph down to 20mph there is a subtle vibration. When I put it in neutral before my speed gets down to 25mph it doesn’t vibrate. Transmission is perfect except for this. Any feedback would be helpful. Thanks

Could be many things, my first thought would be a motor mount or something other than the trans if it’s ‘perfect’. Might even be a hub bearing or a ujoints or tires.... How many miles on truck?

First: Welcome to the forum from Oregon.

Second: Like @Galante said, could be many things. How many miles on the rig? Motor mounts, hubs, pulsating rotors- but typically they are more noticeable at higher speeds.

Any recent work on the rig, even if you think it can have nothing to do with your problem. The 5 mph window is very tight. Where do you feel the vibes at? Seat of your pants, steering wheel, the body shakes, does it make a difference when turning at the same time at that speed?

We recommend that you put all your rig(s) info in your signature so we all don’t have to guess at year, make, model, engine size, trans, rear axle locker…….etc. While you may have posted pertinent info in your first post, you may forget to do it again and the info is needed by us anyway. Makes it way easier on all members that attempt to help, to have that info right up front. It is also recommended that you take a pic of your RPO codes, on the inside cover of the glove box, and post that image in your signature. All this info will greatly help those that will try to help with a problem.

If there is any other info, like upgrades, mods or recent mechanical/maintenance work done, that would be helpful in any post as well. Too many times a question is asked by the poster and after about 10 responses we find out that the poster has done recent work to attempt to fix the problem or work that was done that SEEMS not related to the problem.

@Kenneth Boone When you are stopped and you shift from drive to reverse and from reverse to drive do you hear a clunk? You will want your windows down for this.

Yes sometimes I hear a clunk. Sometimes in the morning I can just turn the switch to on and I will hear a clunk.
@Kenneth Boone I suspect a failing U Joint or slip yoke. I kind of have a similar problem on mine, when I take off really fast I get a clunk from the rear, it is because there is some slack in the drivetrain
