07 Yukon cracked dash help

I have an 07 Yukon slt. the dash has two 5-6" long cracks right above the steering wheel "hump". I have read this is a common problem.
Is there any solution besides replacement?
Where is a good place to buy the dash?
Is aftermarket better than OEM?

called gm customer care setting up appointment with dealership to look at it
