Go figure when I'm replacing the wheel hub I notice a tiny tear in the CV Boot. It's already apart down there so I might as well replace the whole thing considering they're at the end of their life. I usually look for reviews on parts to make a decision to buy, but i seriously can't find any reviews on cv axles. Has anyone got any insight on brands besides the $250 AC DELCO?

I was in the same boat and installed two Cardone 66-1430 axles from Amazon about a year ago. At the time, they were about $50 a piece with free shipping. The same one fit both left and right sides (I wasn't 100% sure about that before I got them installed successfully). They seem great to me. CV's are smooth, boots are nice, etc. I'd buy them again without any hesitation.

I'll check em out. I'm waiting for kinks to be fixed in 2015 Yukons anyways so I won't be in it much longer. I'm just the type to use reviews and research before I pull the trigger on anything. Thanks guys!
