Bad '07 Yukon Denali dash speaker

Need help on replacing dash speaker on 07 Yukon Denali please.....

Did you do this yet? I havent been into mine yet but I'll be either replacing head unit or some sort of video in motion this week. I could take a close look when I'm in there.

Why you replacing it? Blown? I think mine may be.

Im unsure if Im replacing the speaker, but I'll be in the dash and could take a close look at the speaker and advise how to do. I'm either doing a VIM or FIM or Replacing the head unit all together. It doesn't always eject and that worries me. I had an Cad SRX and it started failing the same way. I would've thought that I'd find a sticky regarding VIM or FIM but I'll keep searching....
