Erm, you mean cosmetically or swapping the 5.3 for a 6.2?
Cause if you mean a full conversion then it'd be waaay cheaper to just sell yours and buy a same year/mileage Denali.
If you just mean interior and exterior trim then we just have to dig up some part numbers.
Depending on what options you got on yours it's still going to be mucho money and a lot of effort ... which may mean that you still may be better off trading up.

Right off the bat and depending on your existing options, you will need to get:
- New side moldings with chrome trim
- Chrome handles
- Chrome trimmed running boards
- Esky roof rack
- Full Esky rear bumper assy
- Mirror caps
- New front grille
- Navigation if you don't have it
- Denali interior woodgrain
- Not sure but I think the Denali has different headlamps
Probably m0ar stuff including denali wheels if you want the full look ...
