Looking into possibly switching it up for the umpteenth time... You dont necessarily run them with the appliques, but it will enable it to match up perfectly being that OEM hoes and yukons are more rounded..

OEM LED hybrid tails (will include LED reverse bulbs)
OEM black Appliques (enables it to match up perfectly with the tails)
