08 Tahoe with dual AC, with electric fans not cooling at idle

My friend has a 2008 Tahoe with dual ACS and electric fans that will only cool while going down the road blows warm in the front at idle back does fine

That's often a blown relay. There are three that control the fans and of course a fan could be down and need replacing as well.
