'08 Yukon XL Denali - Rear Lift Compressor

Had my '07 Yukon XL Denali over at the dealer for other service and they said my rear lift compressor needs to be replaced.

Pricey item for them to do, thought I could buy the compressor and replace it myself.

Any one have any experience doing this?
