I recently added some 20" (oem wheels) from 17" and now when I hit bumps I get some pretty bad bump steer...I assume the is from the added weight of the wheels and lower profile tires.
Now my truck only has 6500 miles, but it does not have Autoride, just standard LT shocks. Could it be the OE shocks that are causing this?
As I'm tempted to swap back to the 17" inspite of how much better the 20" look- it just not worth the ride I'm getting.
So what to do- check aligment, camber, caster...etc..??? Have I changed much going to a 20"? Or is this simply a shock issue? Thanks
Side thought- the Autoride(I dont have it , so I don't know) system must work OK, since this what all the trucks with oem 20" have right?
