Can anybody provide any information on how I can lower the rear of my escalade just an inch to clear the gap. Is there a possible way without going on 2 inch drop.?

Jojo you can test this out easy

1) release the air out of the rear shocks
2) if truck comes down enough then hit me up ill dial it in for you.

Get 2" drop springs, and set your rear links longer than is suggested [for a 2" drop]. And/or, you could get the 2" springs and then use spacers in the rear to take up some of the drop.

All in all, though, I'll bet that if you go either of these routes, you'll soon be looking to get a full 3" out of the rear and add spindles, too. Might consider going the whole way right off the bat.

I have this kit
http://www.tbssowners.com/store/index.php?act=viewProd&productId=87

I then did my strut mod in front for another 3/4 inch.

You have no need to worry about towing running the kit above.
Main thing is free travel mod if you go more then 3 inches.
