13' Tahoe saves 07' Yukon

Went to pick up my yukon today from the shop to find a bill of $1200 staring me in the face, only 2 weeks after I bought it. I got the Evap system light so had that replaced then come to find out all my shocks are totally ruined so I had to replace those. Luckily for me my dad just purchased a new 2013 Tahoe from the same dealer and with a quick phone call the $1200 fee was payed for by the dealer! Ha now I owe the old man one, I'll help him mod the 13. Anyone else plan on getting a 13' Tahoe or Yukon? Won't be here till September but I'll get some pics up when it arrives.

Ya I tried to get him to wait for it but he doesn't really care about mods. I think I'm gonna wait for the 2014 Esky, I heard it has magical powers......

Ya he's bought his last 3 tahoes from the same dealer and buys about 5 service trucks a year from there for work. I didn't even have to take it to the dealer just took it to my mechanic and had it done local. How are you liking your 8400 head unit so far?

I am afraid the 2014 may be a dud looks wise. The 2007+ was one of the BEST looking bodies IMO. It looks wide, like it has substance, yet just rounded enough. It was love at first sight back in 07 for me.

So far so good although I don't really use all the features. The Bluetooth is really nice though especially for music. I never had it before.
