1996 2 door tsfer case fluid

hi , ive read all about the autotracs having the blue special fluid. my 96 has the pushbutton 4wd bot no autotrac, so is it just dex3 fluid?

dexron 3 only.

thanks. im a big fan of the mobil1 ATF. this should meet or exceed the dex3 right? or does it have to be specifically dex3.

You can also use the Smurf's blood to my understanding.

mobile 1 synthetic atf should work just fine if you want to buy it.
