1996 4x4 diagram?

Does anyone have digram for a 1996 4x4. Replaced the tcase shift motor and still got nothing. No lights on the push button switch even at start up. Would like to find a wiring diagram for the four wheel drive.

i had the same problem with mine check the transfer case fuse which should be the number 2 fuse or check the 4wd fuse which i believe is number 24

also be aware that those push button lights go out all the time..

Listen for the lock and unlock of Tcase..
