Hi everyone. Once again I am updating on my ongoing project lol. So, I finally replaced the trasnfer case. It wasn't too difficult, i found that the hardest part was putting the replacement up and bolting it in place. It's kind of heavy if you're rolling on the ground. Luckily I had an extra set of hands for that. Here is the funny part, well it's kind of sad at this point. After I finished the job, I lowered the jack and tried to start the truck and test it out. Guess what, as I crank the engine....gasoline started pissing all over the place...wtf? But the truck was running fine before, started right up. So now I gotta drop the freakin tank to see if maybe one of the nylon/plastic lines that connect to the fuel pump cracked or maybe the fitting disconnected? who the hell knows, I'm just a little pissed off at the moment. I replaced the fuel pump earlier so I hate to drop the tank AGAIN.

I just tried pushing that shit in neutral and it's doing the same clicking...so looks like I'm f**ked, and put the transfer case in there for nothing. I've been told it might be some parking pole spring that may have broke it's somewhere in the transmission pan? I don't know this is starting to totally piss me off, and if it's a bad transmission then I'm doomed. What do you guys think? I'll be taking off the transmission oil pan tomorrow to check if i can see anything wrong. Is that worth doing? Do I have a more serious problem?
