1) bought 09 tahoe

2) joint this site

3) researched and asked lots of questions

4) bought and installed sway bar

5) bought wheels.....had them powdercoated...then changed my mind for something more unique

6) bought 2nd set of Wheels...had them powdercoated too...like these now!

7) just figured out this might be the beginning of the end...as now I know I NEED more stuff to make it 'perfect'...lol!

ANyway here is my latest project wheel sets-

-started as a set of of 20" polished 6 spoke Yukon/GMC OEM wheels

- had them stripped and coated Matte black
-added new bowtie centercaps Chrome and chrome lugs

here are the before(well sort of...the ebay pics anyway) and the after:

Centercaps:

After:
see below! I really like the 'stealth look with a side of bling', very happy with the results and its certainly unique from most and all other wheels out there- bigger flatter spokes, more deep dish to it too!)

But now I know I need to throw a 2/3 kit on!.....Black bowties, and I'm seriously considering doing a steering stabilizer as now with the 20" the 'bump shimmy' is much more (I' don't know how you all with 22, 24" handle that feeling!) it drives me crazy....but then again I drive about 1000 miles a week too!

Looks good as it is but I think once the drop is done it would look great! Once you get bit by the mod bug it's a long road to recovery so prepare to spend alot more money.
As far as the steering stabilizer I did it on my 04 and it made a hell of a difference with the stocks and 24's, im not sure if it's the same on the 07+.
