20" Factory Chrome Denali wheel leaking air

I had my tires replaced on my '07 Yukon XL Denali with 20" Factory Chrome Wheels. One tire is consistently leaking air very slowly, over a week or so. The tire guy at Costco said the chrome internally is peeling on the wheel is causing the leak. Has anyone had this issue and recommendation for repair? Or is only option replacement of the entire wheel?

Sorry - Newbie post - I think I put this in the wrong section - I meant for the 07 to 14 section, not the 15 model year+ Please move.
