What does it mean when the compressor is cool, not even warm when its operating in 90+ degree ambient temps. Someone mentioned one time that there is expansion going on inside the compressor. What does that mean and how do I fix it?

OBS Jedi-Do Good
For the lack of a better explanation I can think off right now, the compressor will feel different at different places on it. It is not a bad thing.
