I have a 2000 tahoe (new body) LS with a 5.3 motor. Ive changed the spark plug wires, spark plugs, fuel filter, fuel pump, pcv valve, and more. The truck has 175,000 on it and it runs like a champ. Im having a problem after I drive it for a while and the engine heats up. If i shut the truck off and try to start it again its a little slow to start. It will start but sometimes it stalls and and i have to crank it for a second or two for it to start. After it starts its fine. Any suggestions? Someone told me to use a fuel system cleaner a couple of times to clean the injectors but im not sure if that will work.
