Hey Everyone,

So I tried finding info on this matter and just want to make sure I got all the facts. I have a 2001 tahoe with cloth seats, and I was thinking of upgrading it to a denali leather seats from a 2002. Is there any issues i would run into like bolt sizes. Also is the only difference between the denali seats other then the obvious like leather, and heated seat. Is there anything else different like ergonomics. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's a bolt in deal...

I think the basic guts are the same...obviously they are power seats & heated. Other than that they will bolt in.

Should bolt right in...power should work if you truck is provisioned for it...heat won't and is too much of a paint to get working.

Mine is a 01 Tahoe originally with leather /heated seats. I put 02 Esky seats in, and the plugs were different. Had to swap out the harness. As far as heat, I do believe they are already wired up for it, take your door panels off and look for a small square plug that's not connected.

They arent all wired in the door. Should be straight swap as said above, as long as its like years. Depending on the condition and price of them, you may just want to get a Katzkins or Roadwire leather kit for yours, that way its brand new. You could add heat as well.
