2001 gmc Denali fuel pump

I have a 2001 GMC Denali 6.0.
Drove to store and they came back out and try to start vehicle and it tried to start but died like run out of fuel I do not hear a fuel pump was testing fuel pump relay but does anybody know what the voltage is that supposed to be from the ECU wire on relay when key is on ??

you can check for fuel pressure on the fuel rail valve, or your fuel filter just loosen it up and see if it pisses out at you for a second or if it just drips

autoparts store should have a simple fuel pressure tester for like $20-30 or a rental
