In the past two years replaced leaking water pump, leaking radiator. Thought I had a bad thermostat so I replaced it. No difference. Gave up took it to a shop they replaced the thermostat and water pump, no change and no charge. They used infrared scanner to determine it is running cold not just a bad sending unit or gauge. Up until October the temp was fine. Any ideas ?

Clifford, depending on YMM, whether you have a clutch fan or electric fans, I would block off the air flow in front of the radiator to see if temp comes up while idling in park. Post back and let us know, ok. Good luck.

Tried that it stays down. But it’s been below 20 since I blocked it off. The only time it comes up to temp is climbing up a mountain one needle width below 210.
