Howdy ,
So i have a 2001 tahoe with a burnt out foglight switch . I cannot find a replacement anywhere. it is the switch with just the fog light on it . i tried a different year replacement with a wiper control on it but the harnes that clips into the back does not fit .

Can i use these wires and hook it up to a plain old manual switch on my dash ?
Has anyone else found another year model that will fit the 2001 harness ?

By burnt out, do you mean the bulb or the complete switch gave out

Do you have the barn doors, is that why you don't have the rear wiper switch?

You can go to https://www.gmpartsgiant.com/ to look up part numbers for your truck.

Search by part number and see what you can find.

EDIT: that eBay one is from Roulette, PA. When I worked for Adelphia (cable) we'd get to little Roulette on occasion from Coudersport. Not pronounced like the game of chance, though.
