2001 Tahoe Middle Seat Swap

My 2001 Tahoe has a bench seat in the middle and I would like to switch it out for captains chairs. I could be wrong but I don't think the 2001 had an option for captains chairs. Does anyone know if this is true and whether or not I can switch the seats with the existing bolt locations?

Without finding the answer to my question online I went out and bought two captains chairs from a 2004 Tahoe. They bolted right in and look great.
